  • As a key contributor to our Technology for Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for automation within IT Service Management (ITSM) and designing digital solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data-driven automation solutions, including chat/agent engineering.
  • Design, develop, test, and measure the effectiveness of automation products.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in data science, analytics, and automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models and automation workflows.

Your Background

  • Experience with ServiceNow , Virtual Agent , Common Services Data Model , and ITSM applications is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in Data Science and/or Digital Process Automation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., User Stories, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
  • Knowledge of industry-relevant technologies in automation and data science.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Industry framework knowledge about ITIL and Service Management Operations (highly regarded).
  • A degree in STEM or Business (highly regarded).
