Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing referral volumes, trends, and Assessor utilization to determine staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to optimize operational performance and productivity.
  • Monitor Assessor availability and ensure internal stakeholders receive timely updates on staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective leave management, balancing performance and team well-being.
  • Build forecasting models for mid-to-long-term resource planning.
  • Utilize workforce management software and internal data sources to accurately project future volumes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into historical data and forecasting trends.
  • Implement communication strategies to address staffing issues proactively.
