Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the delivery of renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar farms, rooftop PV systems, and hybrid solutions.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating with in-house engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably within the construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Relevant trade background or engineering qualification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards, CEC requirements, and safety obligations.
  • Capacity to travel occasionally to regional locations.
