Bakery Supervisor Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead a bakery team to success. As a Bakery Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  1. Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide guidance on tasks and projects.

  5. Be available to work during the week and be comfortable with busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bakery operations, including receiving, production, and sales.
  • Lead a team of bakers and support staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar field (preferred).
