About This Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Designer to join our team at Freedom, a leading brand in home design. As a key stakeholder in product development, you'll work across departments to shape our direction and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Homewares and design lead to drive product innovation and commercial success
  • Liaise with suppliers to curate and create products that meet global trends and manufacturing techniques
  • Co-manage and curate the range architecture across all categories with your product team
  • Create fit-for-purpose products that meet customer needs and trends
  • Maintain and master our Design systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a textile designer in the retail or wholesale industry
  • Deep knowledge of fabrications and textiles
  • Commercial and business experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and experience in back wall programs
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability
