We are seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to fill a key role within our organization.

This exciting opportunity will see you providing exceptional front-line service across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland, working in a dynamic environment that is driven by innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients.
  • Greet and assist guests and clients with professionalism, creating a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and appointments, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute client documents as required, using your attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and document management, using your technical skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a receptionist or administrative role, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), using your technical skills to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients and colleagues.
  • A willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
