We are partnering with a reputable financial services firm in Brisbane's city fringe to find an experienced Client Service Officer.

About the Role

This pivotal position is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and process client documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.

Administrative support includes scheduling and preparing for client meetings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance, with knowledge of insurance products.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
