We are partnering with a reputable financial services firm in Brisbane's city fringe to find an experienced Client Service Officer.
About the RoleThis pivotal position is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and process client documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
Administrative support includes scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
Requirements:Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance, with knowledge of insurance products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
