Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Sydney Olympic Park. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing the room inventory of our three distinct Accor brands - Pullman, Novotel, and ibis. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, training and leading our team to success, and working closely with other departments to achieve our hotels' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the room inventory of Pullman, Novotel, and ibis at Sydney Olympic Park
  • Train and lead our reservations team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure our hotels meet their objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve reservations performance
  • Monitor and analyze reservations data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Experience in a similar high-volume role in a hotel environment
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Delphi, Accor Reservations Systems, and OTA/GDS systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
