Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Team Lead to join our Reservations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless execution of our revenue strategies, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and company standards.
  • Maintain a high level of reputation for the Hotel, contributing to increased profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the daily organization of sections, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.
  • Conduct daily briefings to ensure team members are informed and aligned with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Revenue strategies implemented are followed through, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team complies with ResaVision standards, maintaining high levels of quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all reports are completed on time, providing accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
  • Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure all pre-check-in procedures are followed through, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Know how to contact all types of guests, including individuals, agencies, and companies, to provide personalized service and support.
  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned, ensuring seamless execution of departmental tasks.
  • Know and use the margins for negotiating prices, ensuring optimal revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the upsell program for the Reservations and Front Desk Department, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values, embodying our company culture and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel Reservations.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
