Early Childhood Education Director

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our team at Goodstart Fortitude Valley. As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our children and driving the success of our centre.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of dedicated educators and support staff to deliver high-quality early learning programs
- Develop and implement centre-wide strategies to drive educational excellence and business growth
- Build strong relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders to promote the centre's vision and values
- Manage centre operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organisational goals and objectives

Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
