Job Description:

    As the Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Workforce Analyst and supporting the Senior Management Team with resource requirements.

    The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic complex environment, demonstrating confidence, empathy and strength of character to achieve positive solutions. You will also have proficiency in the use of information and communications technology, including CRM databases and Telephony System Reporting.

    You must be able to acquire and plan resources effectively to meet business objectives. This includes developing plans to meet service delivery and improving internal processes.
