Christmas Helper Opportunity

We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join our team this season.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.

As a Christmas Casual Helper, you will provide a seamless point of sale service that is engaging and efficient, while also helping out with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and being involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.

Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and a seamless point of sale experience
  • Help out with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock
  • Be involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on the General Retail Industry Award, from day one staff discount of 30% off full price items and an additional 15% off reduced items, consideration for ongoing employment opportunities beyond the festive season, invaluable retail experience in a bustling environment and more.

Successful Christmas Casual Helpers will be able to work during peak trading times including evenings and Boxing Day and have high positive energy, confidence and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
