Key Position: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to lead our cleaning team at a local Shopping Centre in Sunnybank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards are met, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take pride in your work, contribute to a positive experience for patrons and the local community, and make a real difference in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the cleaning team by example, setting schedules, and targets.
  • Coordinating work duties, coaching, monitoring, and guiding team members to achieve their best.
  • Liaising with clients to address issues raised, ensuring compliance with Challenger policies and procedures.
  • Attending to administrative duties, including rosters, timesheets, QA reporting, stock monitoring, and record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a site cleaning supervisor.
  • Effective coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Able to prioritize work, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of WHS obligations, safe work practices, manual handling, chemical handling, and usage.
  • Familiarity with correct cleaning techniques and common cleaning equipment.
