We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Manager to lead our Credit team, driving performance, process improvements, and customer outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience managing credit functions, including credit risk, collections, and vulnerable customer management. They will be responsible for overseeing credit collection strategies across residential and small business portfolios, ensuring effective debt recovery.

This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and reports. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage relationships with external agencies and debt collectors.
