Customer Service Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers.
About the role:
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Process customer orders, check stock availability, and liaise with warehouses as needed.
- Invoice releasing, printing, and reprinting.
- Raise stock RO transfers and receipt them into PRMS when required.
- Commence, monitor, and record outbound calling to maximise sales.
- Action, resolve, and reply to customer enquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, transport, logistics, or administration.
- Detailed knowledge of operational systems.
- Intermediate computer skills.
