Job Description

The role of a Trade Store Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a trade centre store. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the team, customers and the public, as well as managing staff and promoting sales activities.

As a key member of the management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the store and contribute to the growth of the company.

  • Champion safety compliance, conducting site safety walks to maintain a safe environment.
  • Manage staff performance, providing training and supervision to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee sales activities, promote the store and products, support marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
  • Monitor the store's financial performance and make decisions to improve profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on safety.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • A forklift licence is essential.
