Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Overview: As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Oversee inventory control and merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

  • Maintain high cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across all store areas.

  • Monitor sales and assist in achieving performance targets by implementing promotional activities.

  • Act as acting Store Manager when required.
