Job Opportunity

The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers provide a supportive environment for individuals to overcome social and spiritual challenges.

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a positive work environment and excellent customer service relationships.
  • Schedule Sales Associates, manage payroll, meet sales and production targets, and ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Receive applications, participate in interviews, assist with training and supervision, and conduct regular evaluations to identify performance strengths and areas for development.
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent, plus strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience in sales and supervisory roles is preferred.
