We are seeking a highly competent and mature Business Support professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director with day-to-day business operations, including finance administration, quality assurance, inventory management, diary management, and meeting arrangements.

They will also be involved in designing PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer meetings, booking international and local travel and events, and keeping the office in order.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience: Strong experience in finance administration, inventory management, and diary management is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting systems) and excellent Microsoft Office suite skills are required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
