Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand Region

Hyva Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our customer base in Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Selling, acquiring, and developing commercial relationships with key customers in the region.
- Collecting and analyzing market and competitor data to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously building and maintaining a strong customer base through new business development and account management.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through regular communication and promotional activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:
- More than 5 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Qualifications in engineering, hydraulics, or other transport-related fields.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, commercial insight, and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A valid driving license and adaptability to business trips.
