
Women's Mental Health Researcher

Monash University is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Fellow to join our dynamic group of researchers working on innovative clinical trials and projects in women's mental health. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation and dissemination of impactful research projects and trials focused on women's mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Oversee, and Implement Research Studies
- Collaborate across academic and clinical teams to deliver project milestones and high-impact outcomes
- Prepare research proposals, ethics submissions, and reports for funding and regulatory bodies
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences and seminars
- Supervise HDR students and contribute to building research capacity within the Department
As a Research Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers and clinicians to develop and implement innovative research projects that make a real difference in the lives of women.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral qualification in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience or a related discipline and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
