Optimizing Store Operations

We seek highly motivated and experienced professionals to lead our operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence by embedding streamlined and efficient processes both front and back of house.
This role involves managing daily financial operations including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures and secure cash handling in accordance with company policy.
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
- Partner with retail management and visual merchandising to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in a stockroom or warehouse management role, ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
