Store Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of store staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of all fresh food departments.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Maximise sales by ensuring optimal availability of good quality products, well-merchandised and presented in a clean, safe environment.
- Develop and lead a capable team of store staff by following and executing store routines and processes.
- Minimise costs through effective inventory management, quality control, staff retention, and productivity optimisation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Use initiative to manage and improve work quality in areas of responsibility. Be a collaborative team member within the store.
