Merchandiser Position

The role of a Merchandiser is crucial in optimizing store presence for products. As a key representative, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of weekly work plans.

Flexibility is vital for this position, as you will need to be available between Wednesday and Friday. However, additional hours may be required on Monday and Tuesday during peak periods like Back to School and Winter. You will work approximately 46-50 weeks a year, excluding a shutdown period in December and January.

As a successful Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Store Managers and representing the brand with pride, positivity, and passion. This requires autonomy, effective planning, and commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Having a valid driver's license and owning a reliable vehicle.
  • Being physically capable of lifting stock and utilizing creative point-of-sale materials.
  • Using a mobile device to collect data and photograph displays.
  • Living within a designated area.
  • Working safely and effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
