Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Concession Manager.

This key role involves driving the concession stores' financial targets and company key performance indicators, while delivering a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a customer-centric culture, creating a positive in-store experience for customers.
  • Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring achievement of all key performance indicators.
  • Empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing large teams, including performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
