Concession Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in our Joondalup concession. As the face of the store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating personalized styling experiences for every client.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, smashing KPIs, and inspiring teams to achieve excellence. If you are a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of up to six to deliver outstanding results
  • Create a positive and engaging store environment that drives sales and customer loyalty
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a retail or concession environment
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and smash KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
