Senior Business Operations Lead Position

The Senior Business Operations Lead will be responsible for delivering high-level business outcomes with the utmost complexity, quality, and confidence across all therapeutic areas while working independently.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in data analytics, technologies, and platforms, as well as knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards within the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver global feasibility business outcomes with the highest level of complexity, quality, and confidence.
  • To facilitate superior RFP-assigned team communication, management, and expanded analysis of metric-based global data for established deliverables.
  • To mentor or train junior team members in relevant processes, tools, and solutions.
  • To review and coach on collection and analysis of feasibility data.
  • To provide review and editing of feasibility text/reports and study delivery strategies.
  • To plan, prioritize, organize, and complete both RFP and internal initiative work effectively to meet established objectives.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • To identify, escalate, and help deliver process improvement and data asset understanding and capability.
  • To act as a representative or SME for feasibility initiatives, tools, or processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
  • Experience in data analytics, technologies, and platforms.
  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards within the industry.
  • Advanced English sales and bid text development.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
