Position Overview

Description of Role

We are seeking a qualified educator to assume the position of Primary Teacher. This is a temporary full-time opportunity that will allow the selected candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to a learning environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create engaging lesson plans, differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student progress. Additionally, they will be responsible for promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Catholic values and ethos in all interactions with students and colleagues
  • Develop and implement quality teaching programs that cater to the needs of students with varying abilities
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to inform instructional decisions and drive student outcomes
  • Foster collaboration and partnerships with staff, parents, and the wider community to support student success
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Current NESA accreditation and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Anaphylaxis and CPR training certification
  • Strong understanding of contemporary education principles and best practices
