Completions Coordinator Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the completions program for our project. This role involves ensuring that all completions activities and documentation are properly tracked, completed, and compliant with project standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in large infrastructure projects, strong cross-functional understanding, and ability to interpret design drawings, technical reports, construction plans, and documentation from various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the completions program across all phases and disciplines
  • Coordinating completions and commissioning documentation, including check sheets, test records, punch lists, and system handover packages
  • Collaborating closely with construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to align system handovers and ensure readiness for commissioning and closeout activities
  • Maintaining and updating the completions management system to enable real-time tracking and accurate reporting of system status
  • Monitoring, prioritizing, and supporting the closeout of punch list items in alignment with project milestones
