Job Title: Senior Nurse Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Consultant in our community-aged care department.

This is a full-time temporary role that requires a highly motivated individual who can provide high-quality patient care, lead practice development initiatives, and develop education programs for healthcare staff.

  • Provide evidence-based clinical nursing care to older adults in our Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes through leading practice development initiatives.
  • Conduct research to inform clinical practice and drive innovation in patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and services.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of post-registration clinical experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • National Police Check, Aged Care National Criminal Check, NSW Working with Children Check, and Vaccination Category A certification.
