About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior academic to join our team and contribute to the development of our nursing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading curriculum development, teaching, and research activities, as well as building partnerships with external organizations and communities.
- Lead the development and implementation of nursing curricula, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
- Teach and mentor students, promoting a culture of excellence and lifelong learning.
- Contribute to research and scholarship, publishing in reputable journals and presenting at conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, fostering collaboration and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in Nursing or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic leadership, teaching, and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to advancing the field of nursing through scholarship and community engagement.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $155,980 - $171,838 per annum, employer superannuation contributions, and annual leave loading.
