Profit Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Profit Protection Specialist to drive initiatives that safeguard value across our business.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of shrink reduction and risk mitigation projects.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design practical, store-ready solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of Profit Protection, Operations, and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with:

  • A strong background in loss prevention or operational risk management.
  • Experience in project coordination or management within retail.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience using data to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
