As a Support Worker, you will provide direct care and domestic assistance duties to clients. Your role will involve ensuring that client's rights, cultural, spiritual and other individual needs are incorporated in all aspects of care and daily living.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing effective support to clients, recognising changes in clients' conditions and escalating observations and concerns in accordance with our processes.
Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with clients, their relatives and friends.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to ensure client's rights, cultural, spiritual and other individual needs are incorporated in all aspects of care and daily living.
- Capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team and provide effective support to clients.
- Skilled at recognising changes in clients' conditions and escalating observations and concerns in accordance with our processes.
