About the Role
- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their safety by recording all visits.
- Conduct visitor tours, assist with enrolments, and facilitate new team orientations.
- Utilize our Salesforce and Qikkids systems to manage parent accounts, track payments, and provide follow-up as required.
- Prioritize tasks, managing phone, email, and walk-in queries while maintaining relevant information according to company procedure.
- Liaise with external suppliers and report back to the Centre Director with quotes and expenditure requests (as per company procedure).
- Perform general administrative tasks accurately, reliably, and honestly.
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High proficiency in QikKids software system is desirable.
- Working knowledge of CCSS Guidelines.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite expertise.
- Proven experience in juggling multiple demands and priorities to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us).
