Expert Clinical Pharmacist Role

The Sutherland Hospital and Community Health Service is a premier healthcare provider located in the picturesque Sutherland Shire, approximately 30 minutes south of Sydney. With over 375 beds, this hospital delivers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to thousands of patients annually.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level clinical pharmacy expertise across The Sutherland Hospital and affiliated services, specifically in the area of Antimicrobial Stewardship.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Lead Pharmacists to maintain seamless pharmacy operations across all operational hours.
- Holds registration status with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a practicing pharmacist.
- Possesses post-registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications, or equivalent skills and experience demonstrating capability in these areas.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in clinical pharmacy practices, particularly in Clinical Pharmacy and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
- Exhibits excellent communication, team collaboration, complex workload management, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Embraces ongoing professional development and leadership in these roles.
