**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our frontline Fuel team at our Mango Hill store. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty and repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Promote products and fantastic deals in store, encouraging customers to explore our offerings.
  • Operate point of sale and monitor fuel/stock deliveries with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control, presenting our stores in their best light.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to every day tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations.
  • Strong communication skills, with a solutions-focused mindset.
