Mortgage Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Sales Associate to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases, leveraging your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- A solid sales foundation and intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market.
- Legitimate opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

We are looking for candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business, with hybrid working options available for high performers.
