Job Title: Educational Director Role Job Description

The Educational Director will be responsible for leading our team of educators to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum frameworks that align with the Reggio Emilia Approach, mentoring and coaching educators to support their professional growth and development, and collaborating with colleagues to design and implement educational programs that promote child outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care services. The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across multiple rooms and outdoor play areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum frameworks aligned with the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Lead a team of educators to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Mentor and coach educators to support their professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement educational programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC
  • Experience working in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
