- Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers, supporting them to identify skills required for employment and delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Enhance employability through training and support service referrals, develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways, and build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, be eligible to work in Australia, hold a current driver's license, and be willing to complete a National Police Check.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance participants' employability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Providing quality service and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
