Electrical Operations Manager

Gransolar Group is a leading player in the solar photovoltaic industry. They have developed innovative solutions for energy and battery storage systems.
This role involves managing electrical workmanship on-site effectively and efficiently. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical works, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- The Electrical Operations Manager will report directly to the Electrical Superintendent and play a key role in managing and executing electrical projects.
- They will oversee workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and performance requirements.
- The Electrical Operations Manager will also be responsible for planning, allocating, and coordinating work to meet installation deadlines.
- They will ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and plant are available to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical workmanship on-site, ensuring effective and efficient execution.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee field personnel and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in electrical engineering, preferably at a higher qualification level (e.g., degree or higher).
- At least three years of experience in construction, specifically in photovoltaic plant development and management.
