Sharpe Services team is a talented, diverse and experienced set of people, with a winning team of on-road service & installation technicians.
We are seeking a talented, capable, technical and experienced Leader to manage and oversee our multi-faceted trades services business.
What you'll be doing
Lead, mentor, supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team of trades technicians and support staff throughout day to day business operations
Schedule and coordinate staff, materials, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Initiate and foster continuous improvement and operational efficiency by strengthening systems and workflow all whilst supporting scalable operations
Oversee budgets, quotes, invoicing, and job costing in conjunction with the broader business administration.
Prepare accurate client quotations and proposals for win / win outcomes.
What we're looking for
As the Trade Services Electrical Operations Manager with Sharpe Services, you will work collaboratively with the company directors and staff across the business. The majority of each workday will be directing and managing the service, repair, and installation works for RESIDENTIAL properties and homeowners.
Applicants must be good communicators, act with integrity and be adaptable in any work situation.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Proven experience in RESIDENTIAL Operations or a Service Management role within the Trade Services Industry (Minimum 10+ years)
A current ELECTRICAL / HVAC Trade License, other additional licensing valued favorably.
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
Excellent communication skills, time management and problem solving abilities
Accuracy and timeliness with Administration and reporting within a computer based and systemic framework
Hold a current Australian driver's license (unrestricted)
Work hours between 7am and 5 pm on weekdays
