Electrical Compliance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Compliance Lead to join our team. As an Electrical Compliance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring legislative compliance and operational excellence in electrical safety across South Australia.

This is a vital leadership position responsible for managing an effective and efficient electrical compliance regulatory function. You will lead a small team of Regulatory Compliance Officers and oversee the administration of electrical installation and product safety functions, upholding compliance standards and ensuring data integrity across systems and processes.

  • You will bring a proactive leadership approach, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for regulatory compliance to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Regulatory Compliance Officers and manage workflows to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Oversee the administration of electrical installation and product safety functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high levels of electrical safety across South Australia.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on compliance activities, using data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in a regulatory compliance environment.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage conflict diplomatically.
  • Solid experience providing high-level administrative support, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems, report writing, minute-taking, and document preparation.
