Technical Support Specialist
The company is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a centralized database.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop platforms, MS Office 2013 & higher, Exchange Server 2010 or higher, Crystal Reports, and ERP systems (Dynamics line).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of telephony - Cisco and Teams Phone.
