Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to drive our company's presence in the market by efficiently advertising and selling our products, thereby creating a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing sales plans, creating compelling advertisements, and developing effective marketing and pricing strategies. The role also involves leading the marketing and sales human resources towards achieving these goals. Key to this position is the ability to keenly observe market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and maintain a pulse on industry dynamics to elevate the company's brand and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Achieve business objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic marketing and sales programs.
    • Analyze market conditions and competitor activities
    • Identify potential new markets and opportunities
    • Develop and launch new products and services
    • Design, manage, and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research:
    • Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing marketing and sales information and recommendations; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement change.
    • Establish sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
    • Identify market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecast projected business; establish targeted market share.
    • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyze trends and results; establish pricing strategies; recommend selling prices; monitor costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Client Relationship:
    • Maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients by making regular visits; exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities.
