We are seeking a talented and driven Cryptocurrency Brand Storyteller to join our marketing team based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and reporting on breaking news stories that impact the cryptocurrency industry globally and locally via our blog and social media.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation: Writing articles for our blog and socials, including technical financial content, and identifying topics and writing scripts/content for our YouTube videos and podcasts.
  • Market Research: Monitoring and researching financial markets and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Social Media Management: Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, focussed on breaking news, community engagement and driving brand awareness.
  • Content Scheduling: Creating, curating, briefing and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Ensuring consistent MoM growth of organic reach and engagement across the blog and all social media platforms, and monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and cohesive content that reflects our brand's unique identity and position in the market, and planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in modern journalism and a passion for the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with proficiency in CRMs and social media management tools, analytics platforms, etc.
  • Experience in the marketing and promotion of well-established brands/or have social media side projects with a strong following and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with allocated budgets and confidently deal with brand partners and stakeholders.
