Warehouse Support Specialist

The Role:

You will be a vital member of the site team, ensuring safe and cost-effective delivery of services for field support activities to the Royal Military College Duntroon. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct engagement with RMC including Field Planning staff
  • Internal Service Delivery Planning
  • Coordinating, administering and Rostering Field Support Staff
  • Field communications and activity reporting
  • Monitoring Service Delivery through the full 'service delivery cycle'
  • Problem and variation of requirements resolution
  • Cost monitoring and reporting
  • Tracking of equipment required for deployed activities

Requirements:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Experience in event management or project administration advantageous

- Excellent customer service skills

- A team player who works well with others

- Intermediate - advanced computer skills

About the Job:

This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (hybrid options considered after training completion). The role is located at the Royal Military College Duntroon. Training will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Security Clearance and Australian Citizenship required
