Warehouse Coordinator

Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate daily processes, manage supplies and third-party services, and step up as operational support for the National Logistics and Procurement Manager. You'll be at the centre of communication across teams, driving efficiency, safety, and compliance while helping to shape smarter, automated workflows. This role reports to the National Logistics and Procurement Manager and is based in our Hume warehouse.

• Coordinate warehouse operations, communication systems, and process efficiencies.
• Act as operational backup for the National Logistics and Procurement Manager to ensure continuity.
• Oversee third-party services and maintain essential warehouse supplies.
• Support safety, compliance, and risk management across all operations.
• Drive process improvements, integrate new workflows, and support automation initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence, First Aid certification, and valid driver's licence.

Experience

• 2–3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate warehouse operations, inventory, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with WMS and operational software.
• Experience supporting or leading safety and compliance initiatives.
• Exposure to multi-site or diverse logistics operations (advantageous).

• Strong coordination, organisation, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms.
• Effective communicator across departments and vendors.
• Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail and accuracy.
