Job Title: CFO Advisory

Job Description

A career in our Financial Operations practice, within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimize the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnering with clients to help them mitigate the risks they face, by developing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and processes
  • Providing clients with confidence in their governance and controls by executing a range of financial control and business process reviews, often with a focus on Sarbanes Oxley compliance (SOx)
  • Supporting clients through their SOx implementation journeys, either part of their initial IPO process, or following acquisition by larger SOx compliant entities
Requirements

You have a background in governance, risk and controls (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance) and finance. You have an inquisitive mind and seek to understand the commercial issues facing businesses and want to influence client conversations.
