Senior Quantum Technology Manager

The Precision Measurement Group at the Institute for Photonics is seeking a seasoned leader to support its activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team with autonomy and vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals in complex or research-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, collaborating to remove barriers and deliver shared objectives.
- Manage significant budgets and intellectual property, focusing on planning, resource allocation, and prioritisation to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Develop executive reports and committee papers, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resolve conflicts and manage sensitive HR issues with sound judgment.
- Qualifications in management, project management, business, or administration, as well as relevant experience; and/or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Desirable – experience in working in a technical environment or qualifications in a technical field.
