About Us

We are a social enterprise that believes in the power of community and technology to bridge generational gaps.

Our mission is to bring young people and seniors together for intergenerational tech help sessions. Participants provide personalized tech support for seniors, including using their phone, doing video calls, connecting on social media, etc.

The Role

We are seeking friendly, patient individuals who are comfortable with everyday technology to assist senior members at shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist seniors with tech-related queries and issues, such as smartphone, tablet, or computer troubleshooting.
  • Foster a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment for both seniors and youngsters.
  • Promote our values and mission within the community.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve our sessions and outreach.

Additional Responsibilities for Lead Volunteers

Provide guidance to fellow volunteer in their interactions with seniors.

Liaise with our Community Manager to ensure all sessions are running smoothly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology and willingness to share knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to our mission and values.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid police check.
